About Double-A Riding

About Us

Double-A started as a private family-owned farm raising horses for family matters. After finding a passion for both riding and teaching, one member of the family decided to take her love of the sport to the next level. Double-A started out giving pony rides to family and close friends but, it is now a legally insured riding stable, offering a plethora of lessons to people of all ages. Our facility consists of 3 12' x 12' stalls with a 206' x 104' fenced-in arena and close to 8 miles of riding trails to make for fun lessons down the road. Most of our trails ride through the Big Spring Creek making a fun cool-off in the hot summer months.

Our main instructor is Abigail Rosenberry, she is 19 years old. She started riding when she was 4 and hasn't stopped since. We currently have 3 horses all of whom she works closely with on ground manners and under saddle. She started giving lessons to close family members and friends of the family over five years ago and decided to open up to the public. There are lots of different options to choose from depending on age and capability. All of the kids that she gives lessons to enjoy their time and can't wait to come back. Riding horses has affected her life in so many ways and she wouldn't be herself without it.
